Delete your account

If you have the DealsClub app installed:

1. Open the app and go to the Account tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.

Business owners can delete their account from the DealsClub Business app menu (this also removes the business listing they own).

If you can’t access the app, email info@dealsclub.io from the address linked to your account (or include the phone number you signed up with), with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• Your profile and sign-in details (name, email, phone).
• Your claimed deals, saved businesses, and reviews.
• Any photos you uploaded.
• Your device and notification registrations.

This action can’t be undone.

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need — for example, transaction or fraud-prevention records kept for a legally required period. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
